Total occupancy: 49 persons

Auditorium:   $95.00/hr (in-district)

                   $115.00/hr (out of district)

$100.00 Deposit

Total occupancy: 400 standing / 200 seated persons

Entire Building: $135.00/hr (in-district)

                           $160.00/hr (out of district)

 $200.000 Deposit

All Day Rate: $1250.00 (in-district) 10 hrs max

 $1500.00 (out of district) 10 hrs max

RENTAL INCLUDES CHOICE OF ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS. (RECTANGLE AND ROUND)

We have 30 rectangle tables (96 X 30 inches) 20 round tables (5 ft across) and aprox. 300 chairs

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FENCED GARDEN AREA BY REQUEST. 

• Additional  decorating hours may be purchased for $25.00 per hour 
• If you need to cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will gladly refund your deposit if it is 60 days before   the event. The amount of deposit  depends on just how much of the building you want to use. 
• The  kitchen is included with the rental at no extra charge. Kitchen includes  use of stove and refrigerator. We do not have a freezer or ice maker. We  suggest using your personal ice chests.
